How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Australia: Standard 2-8 business days, Express 1- 4 business days. International shipping is available to selected countries.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes - tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately at hello@softsundayco.com.au. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns require prior approval.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
What items cannot be returned?
Earrings (for hygiene reasons), personalised or custom items, gift cards, and sale items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us at hello@softsundayco.com.au.

Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our PVD gold-plated stainless steel jewellery is water-resistant and tarnish-resistant. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to salt water, chlorine and harsh chemicals.
Is your jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes - our jewellery is hypoallergenic and suitable for most sensitive skin.
Why do pearls and stones look slightly different from photos?
No two freshwater pearls or natural stones are exactly alike. Natural variations in shape, colour and texture are part of what makes each piece unique.
