We carefully pack each order and aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

During peak periods, promotions, public holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing and local postal services.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Soft Sunday Co is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us at hello@softsundayco.com.au, and we will do our best to assist with tracking and carrier enquiries.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of:

  • The packaging
  • The damaged item(s)
  • Your order confirmation

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
