These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from MULAVEI. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to MULAVEI.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase transaction or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You must not use our website, products or services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable laws or regulations.

2. Products & Pricing

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, prices, measurements, materials and photographs are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur, and we may correct genuine errors or inaccuracies where necessary.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, products and availability may change from time to time.

If we discover a material pricing or product information error after you place an order, we will contact you where appropriate. If we are unable to fulfil your order, any amount paid for the affected item will be refunded.

3. Natural Materials & Product Variations

Many MULAVEI pieces feature natural or naturally derived materials, including freshwater pearls, mother of pearl and natural stones.

Variations in colour, shape, texture, markings and inclusions are part of the individual character of these materials. As a result, the piece you receive may vary slightly from photographs shown on our website.

These natural characteristics are generally not considered defects simply because they differ from the photographed piece.

Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Measurements are approximate and minor variations may occur between pieces.

Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific material and sizing information.

4. Jewellery Care

Different jewellery materials require different levels of care.

Please refer to our Jewellery Care Guide and the care information provided on individual product pages to help maintain the appearance and longevity of your jewellery.

Wear, fading, tarnishing, scratches or other changes may occur over time depending on the material, frequency of wear, exposure to water or chemicals, storage and individual use.

Where a product is described as water-resistant or tarnish-resistant, this describes its intended material performance under normal use and does not mean that the product is completely resistant to wear, damage or changes in appearance under all conditions.

Nothing in this section affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance, payment and product availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• Payment cannot be authorised or verified
• A product is unavailable
• There is a genuine pricing or product information error
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
• An order appears to have been placed in breach of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are provided during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather and other disruptions.

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing an order.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible at hello@mulavei.com.au. We will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched, but changes may not always be possible once an order has entered the delivery network.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms and explains our change-of-mind return conditions and how we handle faulty, damaged or incorrect products.

Change-of-mind returns must meet the eligibility requirements set out in that policy.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers and discount codes:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be applied retrospectively
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated
• May be subject to additional eligibility requirements, availability or promotional periods

We may amend or withdraw promotions where reasonably necessary, including in cases of technical, pricing or promotional errors.

Any specific terms provided with a promotion will apply in addition to these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content available through this website, including text, photographs, product images, graphics, logos, branding, product descriptions and original designs, is owned by or licensed to MULAVEI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
