We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
Many of our jewellery pieces feature natural materials, including freshwater pearls, shell pearls, mother-of-pearl and natural stones. As these materials are created by nature, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, growth patterns and natural inclusions are expected. These natural characteristics are not considered defects, but part of what makes every piece beautifully unique.

3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
While we make every effort to ensure product availability and pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or stock availability issues.
4. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order occurs once your order has been processed and dispatched.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and provide a refund where applicable.
5. Shipping
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier. While we will always do our best to assist, Soft Sunday Co. cannot guarantee delivery timeframes and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of both the product and the packaging so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider. For full details, please visit our Shipping Policy.
6. Jewellery Care & Product Use
Our jewellery is thoughtfully crafted for everyday wear. To help preserve its beauty and longevity, please follow the recommendations in our Jewellery Care Guide.
While our jewellery is designed to be durable, no jewellery is indestructible. Soft Sunday Co. is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, excessive force, improper storage, unauthorised modifications, failure to follow our care recommendations, or normal wear and tear over time.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, product images, videos, graphics, logos, branding, product descriptions, text and website design, is the intellectual property of Soft Sunday Co.

Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
